Now that I’m older though Mickey And Minnie Disney and camping kinda girl shirt can appreciate that Girl Scouts as an institution is eons more inclusive and liberal then Boy Scouts. I was a girl scout. I loved camping, but I was jealous of the more hands-on stuff my brothers got to do in boy scouts. And I never fit in with the girls in my troop. I seriously considered quitting at a couple of points, but I stayed because I enjoyed the activities, even if I was a social pariah. I loved the camping, nothing beats camping in the winter, (I am not being sarcastic, it’s great), but I HATED the bureaucracy.
