Emailed again and I got a flippant response about how they’re too busy with the Flamingo First Grade Flock shirt sales and then I never heard from them again. It wasn’t until I made another order months later and mentioned the D2 that they sent one. Nothing about how my emails had been forgotten/ignored or no worry about getting an incomplete set. IMHO, Arron is a problem. I had a complaint about shipping and went to the Fan Page by mistake I responded that it was also informative if others were having a problem. I waited a couple of days and sent an email to Kraken support and lo and behold Aaron responded back as the CS rep for Kraken. That is when I stopped. I have personally opted out of their weekly sales. Especially if it means trying to do it from my phone.
